Once upon a time you were a younger person with younger eyes and younger dreams. Now you are where you are with different eyes and different dreams. Each of us move through phases of life, transforming our identity as we go. The same happens for congregations. Who we were then is not who we are now. More importantly, who are we, as a congregation, becoming? What does this world need from us? And how do we prepare for this transformation?
