What is integrity? Is it walking the talk? Is it being true to thine own self or being straight up and showing up? Integrating the inmost and outward selves is the work of the mature individual. Integrating the inmost and outward-facing aspects of the congregation is the powerful work of covenant and care.
Rev. Nell Newton completed her ministerial internship at SMUUF in 2015 and has wandered far and wide since then. Most recently, she served the church in San Antonio, but is now a free-range preacher. She lives in Austin with her family, three cats, a flock of chickens, and an overgrown garden.
