The wheel of the year is turning towards long nights and fear has wrapped around our country. What are the lessons we need to carry us forward? Perhaps not the lessons our rational minds are busy with! Let us consider what happens when we witness that there is a love holding all that we love.
Rev. Nell Newton completed her ministerial internship at SMUUF in 2015 and has wandered far and wide since then. Most recently she served the church in San Antonio, but is now a free-range preacher. She lives in Austin with her family, three cats, a flock of chickens, and an overgrown garden.
