We are in desperate need of volunteers for a newly created Outreach and Communication Crew to coordinate and do all the website, social media, and tech needs for the SMUUF congregation. This will include input in the Admin hiring process who will lead the crew once hired! We will start with a meeting the week of July 15-July 21st, so please reach out to the SMUUF Board Secretary Sam C. at scaserta11@gmail.com if you have not already been sent an email! Thank you for your interest in advance, there will be some training involved, we promise! (YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE TO BE A TECHIE BUT COURAGE IS NECESSARY)
As part of the crew some of our jobs/input will include:
- Hiring an admin and our leader
- Adding announcements to website
- Adding announcements from website to social media
- Update Slides weekly for services
- Building out Newsletter Google Doc from website and sending out Flash
- Set up/Tear down/Work in the AV booth
- Creating Orders of Service
- Input on all upcoming tech projects including a website redesign
- Coordinating Outreach events
